Experience

Catherine Rees is an actor and writer, based between Belfast and London.

She trained on the BA Acting course at East 15 Acting School and has since appeared in The Mousetrap in London’s West End, on two India tours, as well as in television productions such as The Deceived, Nova Jones, and Catholic Matchmaking Bureau – to name a few.

 

Catherine was selected to be a Hatch and Scratch Artist for 2022-2023 at The Mac Belfast, to develop her co-written comedy play ‘Poached’ with Alice Malseed.

Catherine also wrote the short film ‘Arena’ which was selected for the BFI NI Talent Showcase – developed with and funded by Northern Ireland Screen.
