Danielle Magennis is a Belfast based Actor who trained in the Stella Adler Studio, NYC with Grace Kiley. She is a graduate of Drama from the University of Ulster and has worked largely in Belfast and London.
Danielle has enjoyed leading roles in plays such as Gibraltar Strait, written by Hugh Stoddart, she played the lead Mairead Farrell at The Mac Theatre. Other stage credits include the award winning Ballymurphy Massacre and Hang in There, a two hander she performed at both the Lyric theatre and Brain Friel Theatre.
Her TV Credits include, “The Secret” where she worked alongside Jimmy Nesbitt playing his daughter ina four part ITV drama. Other TV credits include Late Licence and 6 Degrees which both aired on BBCNI and Scup, where she played Caitlin for both RTE and BBC. She also worked on Hope a documentary for EWTN.
Danielle has worked on numerous short films, Partition, Empire State, Case 210, Dark Gardens and Changes, both produced and filmed in London by Red Hen Productions. She was also the Lead Kate in Exhale, which went on to win the best short at the Belfast Film Festival.
