Bio

Linda appeared in Northern Ireland drama circles from 2007 in her late forties and has had the pleasure of working with many local theatre companies. Formerly a Management and Communications Consultant and a Race Relations Officer in Social Housing she has carried out work related live interviews on BBC and ITV and spoken at many conferences.

She began as an Extra with Extras NI appearing in many films and BBC productions. She trained under Rosie Pelan at the Crescent Arts Centre and progressed through drama classes and comedy improvisation. Linda has also attended several Lyric Workshops for actors including Accents and Dialects (RP and American), and Voice and Text with Michael Corbidge in 2017.

Linda has performed with DAMD, Studio Theatre Company (at the MAC and Brian Friel Theatre, QFT) and Bigger than Us Productions. She is a member of South Bank Playhouse and has appeared in several productions including the summer tour of Come Blow your Horn by Neil Simon (Belfast, Enniskillen and Newcastle).

Her largest theatre role to date was Madame Arcati in Noel Coward’s Blithe Spirit for 3 nights at the Brian Friel Theatre, QFT, Belfast.

Linda has appeared in several short films, adverts and her key featured television role to date is in an episode of Hope Street Series 3 as Bridget O’Carolan with Long Story TV (Hope Street) LTD.
